What will I tell my guest if they have no use of the air conditioner in their room, yet we advertise air-conditioners in all rooms? To qualify for a five- star grading it is required from us to provide air-conditioners. You must provide a bath and a shower to maintain your five-star grading and yet there are talks of penalties for water usage. The council is going to be in charge of our geysers. What must I do, tell the guest, sorry sir, do not bath or shower every day, or I we have to wait for the council to switch us on. It is fine to tell me you can buy a generator, but are we not paying a fortune to get new visitors to our country and our town.? We do not receive any rebates, subsidies or compen- sation for what we do for the tourism industry, while we pay a fortune to be a legal establishment complying with all the City Council and Government requirements.

BREAKFAST FRITTATA
1 Cup Hash Browns
6 Eggs
Sal & Pepper
½ cup Grated Cheese
Cook Hash Browns with 1 tbs. Butter of oil in frying pan.
Pour beaten eggs over potatoes. Cook over medium heat.
Lift edges when almost done. Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese. Place under oven grill till golden brown. Garnish.
